Advizel
Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Advizel. The short version: Advizel is a read-only financial advisor that gives you information and suggestions. It does not move your money, and it is not a bank, lender, or licensed financial, tax, or investment advisor.
What Advizel is — and isn't
Advizel analyzes the accounts you connect and suggests actions you may choose to take. It is educational and informational.
Advizel is not a money transmitter and never moves funds — you make every payment yourself, in your own bank's app. Advizel is not a bank, and it does not provide licensed financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Advizel gives general information, not personalized financial, tax, or legal advice. It is not a registered investment adviser, a CPA, a law firm, or a credit counselling agency. For advice about your specific situation — including anything involving bankruptcy, an account in collections, a divorce, an estate, or your tax filing — talk to a licensed professional. The National Foundation for Credit Counseling (nfcc.org) offers free and low-cost help.
Your responsibilities
- You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information.
- Keep your device and credentials secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- You decide whether to act on any suggestion. The final call — and the payment — is always yours.
Connecting your banks
Account connections are provided through Plaid. By connecting, you authorize Advizel to receive read-only data about those accounts. You can disconnect any bank, or delete your account entirely, at any time from Profile.
Suggestions and accuracy
Advizel's forecasts and suggestions are estimates based on your historical data and can be wrong — balances change, bills shift, and banks report on a delay. Always confirm against your real balances before acting. Advizel is not liable for decisions you make based on its suggestions.
Subscription
Advizel is offered as a paid subscription. Pricing, billing, and cancellation terms are presented before you subscribe. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Advizel is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advizel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for financial losses arising from your use of the app.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms; we'll note a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you in the app. Questions? Profile → Contact support, or email support@advizel.com.
